As Head Coach at F45 Markville, Linda Raviele has built her entire coaching approach around a simple belief: not everyone in the room needs to perform at the same level to belong in it.
“My job isn’t to make everyone perform at the same level but to help every member perform at their best,” she says. For beginners, that means building confidence through proper technique, thoughtful modifications, and celebrating small wins. For her more experienced members, it means pushing them further, with heavier loads, greater intensity, and continued progression. It’s a philosophy that lets an entire class train side by side, regardless of where each person started.
Creating Spaces Where People Belong
Teaching Kids That Movement Is a Gift
As a MOVE Coach with the GoodLife Kids Foundation, Linda works with children and youth of all abilities, something she counts among the most meaningful parts of her work. “The most rewarding moment is seeing a child go from saying, ‘I can’t,’ to realizing, ‘I just did,'” she says.
Her hope is that by keeping fitness fun, encouraging, and accessible, she can spark a lifelong love of movement in the kids she coaches. “If we can teach kids that exercise is something they get to do, not something they have to do, we’ve given them a gift that can positively impact their health and well-being for years to come,” she says.

Redefining What Fit Means
Looking back, Linda says being fit has taken on an entirely different meaning than it once held. It used to mean chasing a certain look or a number on the scale. “Today, it’s about resilience, strength, and honoring what my body is capable of,” she says. She has moved through seasons of self-doubt, comparison, injuries, and setbacks, along with learning to embrace the changes that come with age. Each challenge has taught her the same lesson. “True fitness isn’t about perfection,” she says. “It’s about showing up, even when motivation fades.
