Meghan Clarke: Strong Body, Bold Style, Big Goals

Meghan Clarke

Meghan Clarke describes herself simply: strong body, bold style, big goals. It’s a mindset that shows up everywhere in her life, not just under stage lights. As a Figure Athlete balancing competition with a full-time sales career, she credits the sport with teaching her structure, discipline, and consistency, qualities that fuel both worlds equally. “Fitness has reminded me to love myself and lean into what
makes me feel powerful,” she says.

Starting From Zero

Meghan remembers exactly how intimidating the gym felt when she began. With no clear starting point, she leaned on YouTube workouts to build a routine that actually fit her life. “Confidence didn’t come overnight,” she says. “It came with time, consistency, and progress.” Her advice to beginners is refreshingly simple: keep showing up, and the results, along with the confidence, will follow. Meghan is currently prepping for two shows, including her debut on a national stage. Her week includes training five days and cardio six, alongside regular check-ins with her coaches, Roxy and Ryan at Lyf Coaching. “They’re there to guide me, motivate me, correct me, and always there to talk me through the tough moments,” she says. “I truly wouldn’t be who I am today, inside or out, without them. They’ve become
family.”

The Power of Who You Surround Yourself With

For anyone chasing a bolder version of their life, Meghan believes it starts with community. Watching someone you admire go after their goals makes the possibility feel real. “That quiet push, that daily inspiration, it adds up,” she says. “And before you know it, you’re doing it too.” She’ll also admit, with a laugh, that a good progress pic and a cute fit never hurt either. Meghan’s personality comes through in her tattoos, her outfits, and the way she carries herself. “I have a way of being loud without saying a word,” she says. When
she steps on stage, that same confidence takes over, showcasing months and yearsof consistent work.

Looking Ahead

With two shows on the calendar for 2026, Meghan is aiming to bring her best and earn some hardware. After that, she plans to take a full off-season, rebuilding before returning to the stage bigger in 2028. Her message to women just starting out is simple. “Nothing worth it happens overnight,” she says. “Stay consistent, put in the work, and the results will come. You’ve got this.”
